FAZDOCS QRS Users Manual

FAZDOCS QRS (Quick Response System) Users Manual is prepared under Federal Highway Administration contract DTFH61-80-C-00070 by COMSIS. The 138-page document is dated January 1984 and March 14, 1985. QRS program runs on an IBM-PC. QRS represents a microcomputer application of the procedures developed for the National Cooperative Highway Research Program and documented in NCHRP Report 187.
