FAZDOCS RFLO User Manual Documentation

FAZDOCS RFLO User Manual is documentation for a macroscopic traffic simulation program developed by tha Traffic Systems Division of the Federal Highway Administration. That is, RFLO deals with the density, speed, and volume of vehicular traffic without dealing with individual vehicles. RFLO has the same relationship to vehicles that a river has to water molecules. The 41-page document is dated September 15, 1988. RFLO program runs on an IBM-PC.
