FAZDOCS SIGUTL Documentation is documentation for the SIGnal UTiLity program (SIGUTL), which allows one to update existing data sets for several traffic signal timing programs to perform specific TRANSYT-7F analyses, convert "reset" entries to "offsets," change simulation runs to optimizations and update old PASSER II-80 files to PASSER II-84. The 10-page document is circa 1980's. SIGUTL program runs on an IBM-PC as is written in FORTRAN.
