Course instructors employed at academic institutions and students enrolled in their courses who desire to use any Fazio Engineerware's Suites may do so free of access charge throughout the course's semester or quarter pending confirmation by Fazio Engineerware of information provided by the instructor, and student and instructor registration at the Fazio Engineerware website. Instructors who wish to take advantage of Academic Institution Pricing for themselves and their students must send an e-mail to Fazio Engineerware with the following information:
1. Instructor of record full name, telephone number and e-mail address
2. Course number and title
3. Academic institution name
4. Semester/quarter begin date and end date
5. Fazio Engineerware's Suite numbers that will be used in the course, and
6. List of student names officially enrolled in the course
