To report erroneous application results, "crashes," or comments, please send an e-mail to Fazio.Engineerware@gmail.com. In the e-mail, mention the application of concern and any other information or error messages that may have caused the problem.
REFUND POLICY: If for any reason one wishes to terminate paid access to a Fazio Engineerware software suite, send an e-mail to Fazio.Engineerware@gmail.com. In the e-mail, state the software suite's name, the registered e-mail address, and registered mailing address. One's refund is pro-rated based on remaining duration between the date of the refund request and access expiration date.
